I always stay at this hotel in Cinisello Balsamo. The staff is amazing, they even helped me find my lost ring. It has Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, a bar, a restaurant. Coming back for Easter!

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting because it provides fully equipped conference facilities with a maximum capacity of 300. The Congress Center offers seven meeting rooms with natural light, accommodating up to 300 people. The facilities measuring 3497 square feet, including conference space, were spacious and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service to support all our meeting needs.

The only service I missed for my work was an on-site business center with computers and printing facilities.

Mind-blowing hotel with super friendly staff, free parking, fast wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. Jaw-dropping interior design, delicious food in the restaurant, and a snack bar. Loved the welcome drink and the well-stocked bar/lounge area. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and air conditioning. The fitness center was great, and there was even a massage service. The laundry service was convenient, and the business center was useful. The express check-in/-out made things easy, and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch. Loved that they had wheelchair access and allowed pets. Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Highly recommend it! A*****

Great parking. Location perfect for those traveling east. Nice lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Fairly clean, updated rooms. Coffee/tea supplies.

The staff were just fantastic. They were incredibly helpful indeed. During our stay we spent most evenings in the turkish Bath - we had the Spa area all to ourselves each evening which was the perfect way to unwind after walking for miles to and from the f1 gp circuit in Monza. All in all the hotel was superb.

At the moment, the main road in being replaced in a huge road building programme which makes for getting in and out hard, you can see it but getting to it is a pain, but it is lovely, the other problems with the road as it is, is once your there your sort of stuck so you have to eat and stay on site for fear of not getting back or getting caught in horrific traffic. That said it is a lovely hotel with huge rooms and its worth the effort. (You even get a choice of 5 pillows... It has a pillow menu !) Monza track is about 10 to 15 minutes away if visiting the circuit .
